All product purchases are covered by our 28 day returns guarantee , if you purchase or are given a product purchased at TENDANCE etc. and you are not happy with the product for whatever reason, then you may return it and request either:
- Store credit; or
- Exchange the item(s) with something of equivalent value
The rules of return are simple, you must:
- Notify in writing within 28 days from date of purchase (email support: email@example.com) and return the item(s) to us;
- The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition;
- The item(s) must be sealed in their original packaging or contain original tags
You must cover the cost of the item(s) return delivery.
You will also need to cover the cost of delivery for the newly exchange item(s).
Products Damage During Delivery
We take every precaution to make sure you get your purchased products in same condition as when they left our doors. Breakages and damage while rare can occur during delivery, if it happens we will take full responsibility and make sure you receive a replacement promptly. - Item(s) to be returned
- If Damaged; please provide photo evidence
- Instruct us on whether you want store credit or the new product you require
